up to twelve (12) months from the date of purchase if stored unopened in an airtight container in a cool dry room which is not subject to extreme climatic conditions.

OPENED

up to three (3) months from date of purchase if opened so long as it is stored in its original packaging airtight container and stored.

Warranty Process

To enable us to process any warranty request, we initially require evidence of your proof of purchase along with evidence our protective coating product were used in accordance with our product direction of use specifications as outlined by us and for the correct permitted use.

Our warranty applies only to coatings which were applied in accordance with the technical specifications and safety data sheets (available via www.bluedogcoatings.com.au).

Our products are designed and warranted to peel off easily when they are applied to the correct minimum wet film thickness so the final step in our warranty process is we will require physical evidence of the thickness of the coating (a peeled section from the coating), which will need to be electronically analysed by our Quality Assurance Dept. they will verify that minimum coating thickness were applied and all warranty claims are strictly limited to replacement of the identical quantity and identical type of coating purchased.
